Shipping & Returns

Works are framed to order and shipped insured. Shipping is charged at checkout as a conservative, zone-based flat rate by frame size and weight, with insurance included.

We ship within Canada and the United States at launch; international shipping is available by request.

Returns are accepted within 14 days. The buyer is responsible for return freight, and the work must be returned in its original condition. Because each piece is one of a kind, we encourage you to request additional photographs, video, or a private viewing before purchase.

Final rates and the framing lead time are confirmed during commerce setup (Phases 3–4).
